Become Better Organized With These Planners

One of my business pillars is organization. I absolutely LOVE showing people how they can easily organize their life and their blogs in easy ways. Who doesn’t want to be more organized?!?!? My life and blog have so many moving parts that if I weren’t organized, I would be completely lost and overwhelmed with what needed to be done daily. The only way that I can stay organized and sane, is to use a planner and know ahead of time what needs to be done. I am not sure if you have ever experienced task overload. Where you have so many things to do and so many things on your mind that you just have no idea where to even start and so you don’t. That is my life if I do not have a plan.

CREATING A PLANNER TO MEET MY NEEDS

Finding a planner that suits everything that I need can be difficult. I found one that I loved last year and when I went back to purchase another one, I couldn’t find another one like it. I was so frustrated that NO ONE was making a planner that had everything that I needed so I decided that enough was enough. I was going to create a planner that was everything that I needed.

I am going to break down the two planners that I have created. I am going to start with The Mom Brain Planner and then focus on The Ultimate Blogging Planner. Both of these planners have specific purposes for existing and they are ready for you to purchase.

THE MOM BRAIN PLANNER

I blame my lack of memory on my “mom brain”. If it isn’t written down then there is no chance of me remembering what needs to be done. With all of the different things going on in my life, I needed to have a planner that could keep up with me. I was so tired of having multiple planners going on because one just didn’t have everything that I needed and so I created The Mom Brain Planner. You don’t need to be a mom to appreciate this planner because it has EVERYTHING that you will need to keep your life organized. This planner is an undated 6-month planner. There is nothing worse than purchasing a planner and realizing that you have already missed 3 months out of it. There is just no getting those months back unless you go and change all the dates and let’s be honest, NO ONE is going to do that.

Leaving this planner undated means that you can start it from the beginning anytime you purchase it. You will get to use ALL 6 months of this planner. This planner comes with the following pages per month…

Monthly goals page

This page is about more than just goals. It also includes space for important dates, guest blog post ideas, income, and a spot for bills that includes the amount due, the account, and the due date. It also includes a habit tracker.

Goal tracker page

With this page, you get to break down the goals that you set for yourself. It includes the start date, the goal, steps to success, completion date, results, and what you learned.

Monthly calendar

Again the monthly calendar is undated so that you can easily fill in the month that you start this planner. You just need to add the month and the dates to that month to use it. It also has a small section for you to write notes.

Monthly bills planner

Unfortunately, being an adult means that we have bills that happen month after month. I wish someone would figure out how this can be stopped but until then, there is a page for you to write it all out. It includes sections for the amount due, account, due date, and a confirmation number.

Weekly grocery list

If you don’t need this page, I may be just a tad bit jealous. There are times it feels like I live in the grocery store. With everyone worried about the rising cost of groceries, having a weekly grocery list will help you to stay on track. It is broken down into sections.

  • Produce

  • Frozen

  • Other

  • Dairy

  • Snacks

  • Home supplies

  • Meat

  • Bakery

  • Canned Goods

There is even a line on the bottom where you can write the total amount you spent and compare it to the line at the top where you wrote what your budget was.

Weekly planner

This is, by far, my favourite part of the planner. At the top, it starts with a line where you can write what week it is. There is also a meditation tracker for you to create a habit of meditation. On the right-hand side, there is a section for you to write what you are grateful for every week as well. There are five different sections for each day of the week. With all the different things that I have going on, I wanted a way to be able to separate all of those things into categories. Here are the categories that I have created within this planner.

  • Life

  • Work

  • Meal planning

  • Business

  • Social media

Each section allows you to write what you need to do that day for each category. You can easily organize your week to know exactly what you need to do and what you have coming up. Each month comes with five of these weekly planners. There are also note pages for you to write random things throughout your planner. The Mom Brain planner is being sold for $30 Canadian and you can purchase it here on my website.
